Quiet Ministry

an introspective tarot guide

What is Introspective Tarot?

Introspective Tarot is the practice of using tarot cards as a tool for reflection. I use tarot to discover and explore the real emotions beneath the surface, the secret hopes, desperately quiet fears, and muddled thoughts that shape how we move through the world. Introspective Tarot helps us uncover deep emotions and name our feelings, understand why certain thought patterns and behaviors persist despite our best efforts, and find new ways to conceptualize and tell our story that give us peace, understanding, encouragement and self-acceptance.

It isn't about toxic positivity or forcing yourself to "think happy thoughts." And it's not about harshly judging or criticizing yourself for the things you genuinely, truly feel and think. Introspective tarot offers a gentle, thoughtful space to acknowledge and integrate all the parts of the beautiful, complicated beings we are, with care.

Through this practice, I’ve learned how to really hold onto the vibrant, empowered moments that inspire me, and how to navigate the hard ones with more tenderness and clarity.

It’s a tool, one of many, for becoming more deeply, honestly, and courageously yourself.
